Usage Limits

No special limits are enforced on the CodeFloe side. The normal usage limits from statichost apply:

• Bandwidth: Generous allowances for static content
• Build Time: Reasonable timeouts for build processes
• Storage: Standard limits for repository content

Note

Even though Statichost has enforced a price tag for private repos in late 2025, private CodeFloe repos will remain free of charge!

Hosting Infrastructure

The site will be served on managed servers from statichost.eu, which are running on Hetzner Cloud.

Performance Considerations

Statichost is not a CDN, meaning sites are not mirrored to edge locations around the world.

What this means:

• Access from remote locations may experience some latency delays
• No global edge network for content delivery
• Single-region hosting (Europe)

However:

Due to the performant, HTTP/3-enabled configuration from statichost, this delay might not even be noticeable for most sites, especially if they contain static content only.
